Here's my latest and greatest:

And an avatar I made a while back:

As you can see, I'm still a ways off you guys. But give me time

Flash is for animating and making interactive site designs/games.
Fireworks is an animating program, used to make animations.

Fireworks could be used I guess, though Photoshop is the best option for things like this by far

Cool

Those are some cool looking sigs that you all made. I know how to use Photoshop, & ImageReady. I use ImageReady to make my animations, it's works just like Photoshop.

Again cool sigs.

That's what I use. I can take the backgrounds out of images and make them transparent easily, but that's about all I know how to do. I don't know how to make those cool backgrounds using it, but it's probably possible.

(anyone want to try and figure it out? gimp.org for download, but you gotta download gtk+runtime environment as well).

Omega complex looks nice 2 pointers though:

- there is a bit at the Monk's neck and 2 bits under his shoulder pads (whatever you want to call them) that aren't cutout.

- the rectangle signature part could use a border.

@Weezer_blue: what is gtk ?

No idea. But you need it to run 'The Gimp'. You can get it off the official site.

Ty Gerbil, I don't see the parts at his neck but I will fix the stuff at his sholdurs. I agree on the box too, I should have done that originally.

**Edited to avoid double posting**

How about now, I actually changed some things cause I liked the gradient, and I imployed a sneaky work around to get it to show up right. Otherwise I'd have to use some directx shaders, but I'll get to that another day...

Looks much better now that you've fixed the borders and put a glow around him, though I would suggest changing the background/font to fit the theme, and perhaps making your name a bit more legible. Otherwise, great start!
